Invoiso does not run a hosted billing account for you. We do not store your desktop app invoices, customer list, product list, PDFs, payment records, business settings, or backups on our servers.

This policy explains what happens in the app, on the website, in the browser-based invoice maker, and when you contact us or use third-party services linked from the site.

The Invoiso desktop app is offline-first. Billing records are stored locally on your computer, including invoices, quotations, customers, products, tax settings, company details, logos, payment records, and backup files.

We cannot access that local data unless you intentionally export it and send it to us for support, troubleshooting, or customization work. You are responsible for keeping your device, operating system account, and backup files secure.

The online invoice maker is designed to run in your browser. Invoice details you type into the form are used to generate the invoice output in the browser and are not intentionally sent to an Invoiso server.

If you export or import JSON files, those files remain under your control. Avoid entering sensitive information on shared or public computers.

The website may load static assets such as fonts, icons, images, scripts, and release data needed to display pages, screenshots, downloads, and update information.

The download and updates pages may request public release information from GitHub so the site can show the latest release, files, and download counts. GitHub may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser details, and request time according to its own policies.

If you submit the customization Google Form, email us, open a GitHub issue, or contact us through another linked channel, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, business name, requirements, screenshots, sample invoices, or technical details.

We use that information to respond to your request, estimate custom work, provide support, investigate issues, or improve the project. Do not send private invoice data unless it is necessary for the support request.

Invoiso links to or embeds services operated by other providers, including GitHub, Google Forms, Google Fonts, Font Awesome, YouTube no-cookie embeds, and Buy Me a Coffee. These services are controlled by their respective providers.

Videos are loaded through a privacy-friendly facade where possible, so the YouTube iframe is only inserted after you choose to play the video.

• Keep using the desktop app offline without creating an account.
• Decide whether to share support files, screenshots, database backups, or exported data.
• Delete local app data and backups from your own device when you no longer need them.
• Contact us to request deletion of information you previously sent through email or the customization request process.
