Why dashboard layouts matter
Not every business needs the same information front and centre. A shop owner wants to see today's invoices quickly. A consultant wants to track outstanding balances. A freelancer wants a clean revenue summary. Multiple layouts let you pick the view that matches how you work — without changing any settings permanently.
How to switch layouts
On the Invoiso dashboard, look for the layout toggle in the top-right corner of the screen. Clicking it cycles through the available layouts. The choice is saved automatically — the next time you open Invoiso, it remembers which layout you used last.
What each layout shows
Each layout surfaces the same underlying data in a different arrangement. The compact layout prioritises invoice lists with minimal whitespace. The detailed layout adds revenue KPI cards and chart views alongside the invoice list. The summary layout focuses on key numbers — billed, collected, outstanding — with quick-action buttons for common tasks.

No setup needed
Layout switching requires no configuration. It works from the first launch. There is no hidden setting or preference screen — just the toggle button on the dashboard itself. All layouts are included in the free download for Linux and Windows.
